Do you have a physical location?Yes! We've been a brick and mortar business for over 30 years. If you'd like to pick up your parts in person, please come and see us. We're located at 7041 1/2 Vineland Ave in North Hollywood.

Do you sell parts that aren't European?Yes! While European parts are our foundation, we service a lot of customers with needs of parts for Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Nissan, Infiniti, Acura, Mitsubishi, Kia and Hyundai as well as fleet and diesel parts for Ford Transit and GM Duramax vehicles. If you're looking for something else, don't hesitate to inquire - we can probably get it.

What payment methods do you accept?We take cash, business checks and all major credit cards. No personal checks. A government issued photo ID is required for all credit card purchases.

What is your return policy?We accept returns within 30 days if the part is in as-new sellable condition or is defective from the factory. If the part has been damaged or the box is opened or damaged, we may not take it back. All returns are at our discretion on a case-by case basis and may be charged a re-stocking fee. Refunds are processed either on the credit card that was originally used for purchase or by check. No cash refunds.

Do you take core returns?We accept core returns matching any part we’ve sold. All core returns are subject to the discretion of S&J.

Do you have bulk discounts?We do. We can offer special pricing on pallet or greater quantities of your favorite parts. Please contact suzy@snjeuro.com to inquire about bulk orders.

Where do you deliver to?We deliver to most of Los Angeles County and some nearby areas. If we haven't delivered to you in the past, please call Tony at (818) 503-0766 x300 to see if you're in our delivery area. Delivery times may vary based on distance.

Can I pick up my parts at your will-call?Absolutely! Our will-call is in the back, down the driveway. You’ll see a large red banner that says “S&J EURO PARTS” and a sandwich board reading “Will Call”.

Can you ship my parts to me?We are happy to ship your parts. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx at the buyer’s expense.

How do I know what part my car requires?Our Nexpart online catalog shows application data for every vehicle we sell parts for by year, make and model. It can tell you what you need and give you up-to-date pricing. If you're not signed up, call to get an account or talk to one of our in-house parts experts to get the info you're looking for.

What is Nexpart and how do I use it?Nexpart is our online B2B catalog for selling online. You can look up what parts you need by year/make/model as well as by inputting your customer's VIN number. Alternately, you can also directly look up part numbers under stock check. We have full line catalogs integrated for Mercedes Benz, Smart, Maybach, Sprinter, Metris, BMW, Mini, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Bugatti and Lamborghini.

Do I need a login to use Nexpart or can I buy without one?You need to have an account set up with us to login and use Nexpart. Getting set up is easy - just fill out the signup form on our Contact page and one of our reps will get back to you with login credentials.

How do I pay through Nexpart? Do I need a credit card?When you order through our Nexpart system you'll pay COD when your parts arrive unless you already have a monthly account with us. In the near future, we'll be set up to take credit card payments directly online.
